I recently got some correspondence with some 'colorful' language from a user who wrote "Didn't realize subscriptions were billed 10 days early. Planned to cancel before it was due. Cancelled anyways, and even though you billed me to June 9th, I instantly lose the tier. Even though it's paid for. But I probably would have forgot to cancel before May 30th to avoid the 10 day early renewing. SO really it's not a month membership. It's 20 days." I don't sign into this account every day, so 2 days later, before I could respond he blocked me with a colorful F*** You. I'd like to emphasize that I don't control any of the billing except for the tier price. It's all controlled and managed by DeviantArt. There's no way for me to change the billing cycle in any way, no way to give refunds, to give extra days - I have no control whatsoever. I would have been glad to send this person the last 10 days of premium submissions directly if he hadn't blocked me. Oh well. 😕
