[Re-uploaded because I got some of the colours wrong originally.]

I never actually drew this. It was a request by

JaredtheFox92 and Viennacalling92 to colour in one of Viennacalling92's drawings which features Tammy, his OC.

I was requested to do Tammy first by herself and add in the city backgrounds later so part 2 of the request will be the full thing, if this gets Jaredthefox92's and Viennacalling92's approval.
