This skin is based on the awesome USIF Powered Assault Armors from the video game Section 8, an obscure scifi FPS from 2009.
The game is really not that special and has pretty basic gameplay, though it's one novel feature is the use of a basic regenerating hoverpack. It was recently removed from Steam and I don't think it's available for purchase anymore, but if you haven't played it, you didn't miss out on much.
Honestly, you'd probably get more out of watching the trailer.

Anyway, the shoulder launcher for this skin is based on the AR-548 Scimitar from that game, and the Doomblade on the standard knife.

There's actually a lot of cool wallpapers for this game, though. I recommend those way more than the game itself XD
