I'm falling in love with Fairy Tail's earlier design (A1-Pictures + Satelight) and art styles. In this picture, I tried to redraw Juvia's 'death' moment (Chapter 499/anime eps. 307) in older anime style. The most noticeable difference is her eyes' design, which is unique on her own. Juvia in latest seasons just looks like blue-haired Lucy to me lmao
