Description

This is one of my Favorites, He has huge medical Scissors for legs and for extra support and balance, as well as a weapon is the scissor blades for stilts. this unforchanit Hospital patient suffered and got the worst of treatment. he recived no pain killers or nothing.

So now he's back and pissed off as ever.
