Description: Hailey Banks is a steam locomtive that formerly worked on a railroad company called the McCloud River Railroad. She is Hawaiian American. Not much information is known about her and the railroad, but is very useful. And she has a boyfriend namde Sanjay Singh, who lives elsewhere. She abandoned when the railroad gone out of business.

She was covered in plant matter too. That wasn't long until she was discovered by a diesel named Scott. Once rescued, she was taken to Railhibia, where she as given an extensive overhaul and back into working order.

Although she had a brief crush on Scott, it didn't last long due to her heart still being on Sanjay. And although they talked with each other, but rarely nowadays due to them working on different parts of the railroad. She mostly works on the Railtopian Forest Route.

Other than that, she also is friends with another engine named Cadet. And does also confine in Petal (who she refers to him as the Big Lonely Giant), due to her sensing his loneliness.

The mikado herself is still seen around to this day working days and nights.
