this is todd, he's a Father of Remy, originally intended recolored version of sebastian, so i decited to make hime independent and draw him look british instead,
he's a british half brother of sebastian, But there not related, Todd is a British Filipino was born in UK, while Sebastian is Spanish Filipino Mixed
