Is there a way to officially gift someone one of my own exclusives? I could use another account to buy it from myself and then gift it to someone, but is there any better way?

Do you also receive private messages every day from people claiming they want to buy your art as an NFT and asking you to contact them? What kind of scam is this, how does it work, and what is their end goal? It's been pretty annoying lately.
