It's his gift to Max for sticking around for this long, even after he discovered that he took part in gruesome occult rituals, and when this truth finally sank in. Max has never stepped foot into the Gamma House without escort since.

Now, let me recap.

"After Today" took place around 2 weeks after

George G. Geef

Goofy graduated from college with an actual college degree (Summer Session).
I had actually wanted to write this particular fanfiction long before getting into the idea of MaxBradley, hence some old sketches of Max and Roxanne that are buried in my gallery somewhere... I wanted speculation on what might have happened between A Goofy Movie and _An Extremely Goofy Movie_-- How their relationship fell apart.

The events of the original "Crash" fanfiction had taken place in August. I prefer that this fanfiction be read BEFORE "After Today" (and even then you'd still have to read "Back Into The Fray", first!)
Why? Because, it just throws you into everything that I'll be tackling head-on.
That way you don't only read "After Today" as a stand-alone then turn tail and run once you take a glimpse into the hack and slash fest.
(Unfortunately that's exactly what curious onlookers are doing--hence the story to them is incomplete )

"Back Into The Fray" pointed out that it was just the beginning of September. This was when Max asked the dreaded question in the aftermath, "I Don't":
"For letting you do this, could it be... That, I.. love you?"
Bradley did not take this near insult lightly.
In "I Don't_Part 2", once he was calm again, Max asked the same question offscreen, but switched the roles around..
"Are you sure?" "Goof. Kid. I'm positive. Everyone else has asked me the same thing. To each and every one of them, I answer: I don't love you. I may be a cheater, but I don't toy with their emotions."
Then Bradley warned him (as a new friend after he "Ayhucked!") to leave the compromised relationship as soon as possible...

"The Other Path" was slotted barely a week afterwards.

During this week as prelude to "The Other Path", Max Goof found out of his "friend's" drug addiction in the deviation "Mary Juana". Specifically defaulting on weed, which is only ONE of the drugs he's taken in now and again--

"King's Harem" reveals a number of extra characters from both the 1st and 2nd Goofy movies, plus Fritz the Cat (1972), who I owe credit to Ralph Bakshi for taking Robert Crumb's underground comic series and directing the first ever rated "X" full-length animated film and breaking the barriers of the viability of animation as a whole. Cartoons were NEVER meant for kids, and Bakshi was there to remind the community of that fact... And now our airwaves, er cable, is filled with crap.

NEXT. "King's Harem_Private Session" superimposes unreadable script (which I typed in the Artist Comments section), in where Bradley Uppercrust is reminiscing:
"There was a girl. She was good looking. She seemed kind. She was annoying! Kept on pressing me to do the one thing I had swore off."
The images underneath reveal that he's having sex with the Store Girl, just like he offered back in the "whorehouse".

"Misunderstanding_Part 1 / Part 2" is a rather amusing, yet pretty sad follow up of said sex scene, in which Bradley, despite whatever he told Max, seems to have fallen in love with the Store Girl. (Apparently redheads tend to get all the attention!)
His heart is broken soon afterwards.

"Shakespeare Fluff" is just what it is. In the Artist Comments section I explain how, despite these obvious flaws, Max still hangs around the ex-X Games King, coming up with more and more excuses to his friends of his shift and change in schedule. But they get to know each other through civil conversation, and find out that they're more alike than what they thought of each other initially.

And of course, again, "The Other Path" sneaks up on Maximilian like a hawk, in where he finds out that forbidden secret. "Descent"_by Edge of Dawn was the 1st song that I integrated into the story-- I ENCOURAGE you to listen to ALL of the songs that I stick in here...
"Distrust" and "What You Did" follow up to the main MaxBradley theme: "All Coordinates Are Wrong"_by Edge of Dawn

Not too long after I reveal another character, beginning with "Red", which links directly to "Flip"

(censored, warning)

--
Then "Repel" "Attract" "Duality"

and then He is also referred to in "Within", a piece of erotic prose... I'm not sure how to specify it.
Both canines touch the surface of some of their deepest thoughts...

"All Rights Reversed"_by The Chemical Brothers ft. The Klaxons is a surreal piece--
"it never stops, and no-one's stopping..."

(If you honestly can't tell what's going on in the corner, Brad is a demon holding up the dagger to the wall while Max is the angel with broken/torn up wings holding a whip that wraps around his partner's leg. The All-Seeing-Eye [Illuminati-->Satanism] in the corner is representative of the occult/supernatural powers at work throughout this long long tale...)

The song in itself is very addicting, at least it is to me. xD

... And He also shows up in "now_Him"

And now I'M DONE. For now.
