Lighting Girl adopted from tigerwolf54

I'm not good at drawing humans; unless I had a base, so I decided to make her into a pony if that's okay. I also tried my best on the lightning pattern on the leggings/stockings. I didn't want to add literal lightning motifs like the cutie mark.
I decided to ponify the name as Double Lightning, hence the cutie mark
