Yeah finally done. Now let's animate them.
Little info about:
Base mesh: 130k quadpolygons - 12M polygons displacement with tessellation.
Material: 15x physicaly based channels when every channel use 2x 8k alpha textures (size of all textures is 6,5GB)
Time: yay 82 Hours (Sorry )
Please read before you criticize:
Models must be for animation created in default pose, what in many cases can looks little weird.
Comparing the smoothness of the skin with a movie is not much objective in this case. In the movie is model stylized, my artstyle is photorealistic or semirealistic. This is also reason why a whole model get a lot of muscles without which in a "real-life" environment would not be functional.
The stylization is also very visible in the film, for example, when a toothless scrape s very big scales what is nowhere on him seenable
Used software:
Zbrush 2018
Cinema 4D
Octane renderer
