here is and my cover for the pittsburgh comicon's prgram! the great stan lee s the guest of honor and we were asked to do one of his ladies! jean was the obvious choice! i love how this turned out! the comicon was please with t as well!!

Normally when I comment, it's to comment on how attractive/sexy/alluring the women are, but in this one, I am simply blown away by the politics of it. There is absolutely no way this scene could have ever transpired in actual 616 continuity, ( Jean was retired as "Marvel Girl" by the time the Phoenix showed up ) but this is such an amazing piece of artwork. If I were an artist at that event, I would not dare approach Stan Lee with anything less than something like this. Did he have a comment on it??
