It's not often that I draw Relena, but she's actually not one of the lesser detailed characters, neither visually nor narratively.
You might not be up to date with this one so I'll fill you in.

Relena Everbloom is a kindhearted young Lynx from a royal family. Unfortunately, she got kidnapped and killed by a lady known as the Scissor Rat. She is now a trapped spirit who has been held prisoner in a castle for 150 years, guarded by the Scissor Rat. Relena can't just leave the castle, since she was cursed by Scissor Rat with the crystal of the vulture, which is the one she wears as an accessory around her neck. It's irremovable.

Much like Mathilda, Relena also lost her tail in a tragic accident way back then. This helps the two relate to each other.
(Also she's not crying. The tears has just become marks on her cheeks due to all the crying she did back then)
