It's Sam Manson from Danny Phantom wearing the Mask. This design was difficult to draw because it has a lot of details, but I like how it looks
Now she's a kind of gothic lolita with evil superpowers I think she looks cute, but a bit scary!

I also included another version without the green face I prefer the unmasked version, but it's the idea of the picture XD
