Description

Tezuka is from Radically Rearranged Ronin Ragdolls, a comic within a comic called "Drawing Blood" made by Kevin Eastman, and is meant to be a parody of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (only here, the ragdolls, called this because they are ragdoll cats, are named after Japanese manga artists, with Tezuka being named after Osamu Tezuka, the father of Manga and creator of great manga and anime heroes like Astro Boy, Kimba the White Lion, and even Dororo.
