Queen Hazmiyah the Conqueror by jeandulin on DeviantArt (original) (raw)
Often nicknamed the "Coppery Queen", due to her beautiful shiny dark skin, and her jewels, made of dark gold, copper and bronze, this Queen is very apart, both for Terrans and Amarians...
She was born in the battlefields of an unknown planet, from an Amarian mother, and a Terran father named Ahmed, who had Syrian origins.
The mother was killed by horrible creatures when she had 7, her father tried to raise her, but he was killed by esclavagist pirates... One year later
She had an incredible strenght due to her Amarian origins, and her mind full of the stories her father told her, especially of Arabian past, and culture...
The names of Zenobia, Palmyra, Nabataeans, First Muslim Empire were familiar to her...
Exactly how the young John Delaunay Markov was told about Old European Empires...
Her father was Muslim, her mother honoured Amarian imperial religion, herself, she was honouring Old Terran gods...
However, she kept from her father the custom to pray before old Terran artifacts (her father used that to représent Mecca), and not to eat pork...
At 8, she found an unknown planet inhabited by humans, after a spaceship landcrash, living in an ancient-history-looking world, all, under the rule of a terrible prince, named the Iron Prince...
This man was in fact the descendant of a Terran cultist, who landed centuries ago... He practiced weird and horrific cults.
He ruled the world due to a technological superiority.
The young Hazmiyah landcrashed here, then, she was saved by a little tribe, who hidden her, and healed her...
After having seen a "human tribute" happen, ordered by the Iron Prince, she decided to help her saviors. At 16, a young warrior of her adoptive family was tortured and killed as he tried to resist to the dark priests making human sacrifices.
She organized an uprising named "The Sunrise", killed herself a dark priest, and throwing his head away. She discovered the potential of her Amarian origins, as Amarian DNA and reproduction system had evolved to "improve" the child, making her stronger than average Terran or non-Amarian human, as it happens with all people born from one Amarian parent...
Her force, resistance, instinct, and genetic Amarian memory helped her to survive.
She led her followers, and after, her army, and taken down many little kingdoms, and having the dark god, Moloch-Baal, long ago imported by Terran cultists, destroyed, and the clergy killed.
She did it by herself, offering them as sacrifice to the Amarian goddess of War and Justice...
She inherited of her mother a part of Amarian imperial faith...
She promised to bring the Dark Prince in gold chains and to take his heart, as he took hers by killing a young warrior she loved.
Then, started the War of the Sunrise. She defeated five kings, taking herself them within chains, killing dark priests. One king accepted to bow before her, but was poisoned by spies. Then, she conquered realm after realm, having her ennemy kings poisoned just before her due to their crimes, only keeping alive the princes as consorts, but all were killed by a zealot assassin...
When the young John Delaunay Markov arrived there, in order to find the Bunker 03, hidden there 800 years ago, the War of the Iron and Copper was in its peak, between the Iron Dark Prince and the Coppery Queen...
The war was won, the young son of the Dark King was captured by the Queen herself, who took him as a personal prisoner, for his beauty, and because he was opposed to his father, and promised to offer the heart of his father to the goddess who made her victorious, and for vengeance.
But the father of this prince did not accept defeat.
The Queen would, sooner or later, come and take him...
As the daughter of an Amarian and of a Terran historian, she built a curious realm, and a curious image of a warrior Queen with her skin, arms and jewels shining in the sunlight.
The realm she designed looked like a little version of Amarian Empire, with dominant women, but with many reminiscences of Terran ancient civilizations of Middle East...
