Description
Elisabeth Blanctorche's KOFXI outfit has always been my preferred one(ˆ⌣ˆԅ) I was really hoping she'd make it in KOF14 but there's always hope for a dream match appearance.
I took a similar BG approach as my last Liz drawing to compare and man did my style change over the years lol.
