Description

This is the 1987 Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am GTA. More efficient and better handling than previous Firebirds, this car's design was inspired also by the SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance plane. Powered by a 5.7L V8 which produced 216hp and 315lb-ft of torque, which was pretty good for the time, as companies began understanding fuel economy better. The 1982 model became quite famous as KITT from "Knight Rider", though Pontiac did not allow it's name to be used for the show.

This car is also the personal favorite car of my friend , as he was a fan of "Knight Rider", and really loves this car especially.
