Now about DeeDee, I know she isn't actually in the game, but she looks like the other balloon kids, so I decided to make her their little sister!
Unlike her siblings, DeeDee doesn't handout balloons or run around playing with the children, instead she prefers to stay at the prize counter with the Puppet and hand out faztickets/faztokens to kids who want to play on the arcades
