James and Justin came into view walking throughout a forest on the way back to the place they called home after going on a supply run which thankfully proved to be quite fruitful, both of them had managed to fill up the backpacks they were wearing with things they knew was useful for everyone, and although everything seemed fine between the two of them on the run itself- Justin noticed James seemed strangely quiet, which made him a little concerned wondering if something was bothering him.

"James?... are you alright?" Justin asked looking over at him the two of them walking side by side each other, with James shaking his head closing his eyes a moment- as he added.

"Yeah, fine I'm just thinking... I mean, you ever think about it...you know...taking up being a leader ?"

"..But James YOU'RE the leader of the mutant's in this world, why would I need to be a leader?" Justin asked with confusion as James shook his head walking out a bit in front of him as he added.

"I'm not talking about that, I'm talking if something HAPPENED to me you know?... then, who do you think would take up being the leader of the mutants?"

"....I don't know...Xaiz, maybe ...Azal, or ..."

"I was thinking you ," James stated as Justin's mouth nearly fell on the floor upon hearing him state it, his mind drew a blank he was searching for something to say to James, some kind of a response even though he wasn't sure what to say, he finally spoke out as if he needed it to be repeated.

".W... What ?"

"..Yeah...you," James stated with a smile, as Justin appeared shocked shaking his head and added.

"B-But James, I'm not a leader! I'm ...I'M no leader ESPECIALLY not of an entire race that's depending on me to make things better! I lack understanding, I'm quick to temper, I DON'T understand people and their emotional problems, I-I I'm more of a soldier following orders then someone GIVING THEM." And with this James turned around to face him now walking a little bit ahead of him as he shrugged adding.

"...While that may all be true... there is nobody I trust more than you..nobody, so I think you'd make a pretty good leader."

WELP another image of James and Justin, although James does appear different looking in this image simply because he's wearing a mask to conceal his skeletal features, often feared by others due to the fact of him being a living skeleton; he half the time has to hide his features away with a mask, but this later stops as James realizes mutants and people need to come to love him how he is mask or not.

Anyway, a thought came to my head as to WHO James would think would be the best candidate to replace him in the event something happened to him basically being the one to try and bring peace to the world of mutant's, he's like their ..highest authority? lol; and the person that came to my head was Justin, yes Justin- he's been by James's side almost every aspect of his life, he's done a lot of things for him; he's like the brother James never quite had in blood, (they aren't blood-related) but by all means they are brothers, and James has a lot of faith in his brother's capabilities. HOWEVER, Justin does not, he feels more comfortable being the one to do some of the "grunt work" type of thing you know? following orders, doing what he feels is right- not so much being the one to GIVE the orders, more of the one to simply follow them; he's aware of his little quirks that make it harder for people to get to know him and be comfortable around him, being too moody; too negative, he's thinks he's far from being the center of attention, but JAMES..well James sees something different in him, a loyal, caring, understanding person someone capable of taking up his shoes one day.
