Hi Everyone,

Happy to share concept art I made for the miniatures of Dark Ages. Generals are well-known historical figures that can fight for you in your rise to power.

This is Edward the Black Prince.

He was a military commander for the English in the 100-year war, and played a pivotal role in English victory. By his English contemporaries he was regarded at the greatest knight of the age, and by the French he was infamous for his brutality and massacres.

What do you know about the 100 years war? I recommend watching The King on Netflix. Absolutely magnificent. let me know if you watched it.

Stylish, and a great interpretation of the Black Prince. He gives an impression of strength, might, cunning and ruthlessness. A real warrior to fill out that armour. Exquisite armour lighting/shading! Also, red and blue with gold details is my favourite colour combination, so I might be biased, but this is a striking artwork. Also in the sense that he looks as if he is about to strike. A man of action for sure.
