Just having some fun fleshing out the Little Victory mythos a bit more.

I may do a quick mini-comic focusing on the ODA's activities. They've delt with some wild stuff over the last 100 years. Flesh and blood monsters, supernatural phenomenon, mad scientists, "super heroes", and the odd alien landing (That IS a tripod on their crest).
