There are so many things out there that just leave me rolling my eyes, but outright claiming that "wokeness ruined Thomas and Friends" is one of the most laughable, pathetic things I've ever heard about. It's also an armchair complaint that's completely lost meaning since it's been thrown around so much these days as slang for, "This is different from what I'm used to, so I'm going to thrash it for no real reason other than to make myself look like a bigot whose head isn't screwed on right." As a certain Inigo Montoya once said: Also, Thomas has shown diversity since at least the late 1950s, so that argument is moot. If you want to know what really ruined Thomas, here they are: Series 5 and Magic Railroad. Are these media people sure they're fighting the right enemy?
