Really gorgeous work I loved the hobbit as well, even if LOTR was better and it was flawed, it was still great! It still felt like Tolkien! The token African people on the human town were a bit odd though, even if it was a merchant town. But they fortunately hardly distracted, and weren’t as over the top as the nonsense they put in rings of power *shiver* So I consider the music video “the last goodbye” to truly signal the end of the canon Tolkien cinema:
