So this dapper pup is none other than Tommy (Tomy in the manga) Fujioka! He's a werewolf and Batanen's cousin. He's the only one of the group who's always in their anthro form, whereas Batanen, Natsuki, and Sakura all have humanized forms. (Except for Batanen when he's angry or horny.)

Growing up at reading the manga (which ran from the 90's to 2004), I loved all the characters especially Natsuki and Batanen, but I always thought Tomy was adorable, like a little wide-eyed puppy dog.

I didn't have enough energy to do another action piece, and plus Tommy was more the mastermind, brains behind the team (from what I can remember), so he strikes me more as a desk worker type cop.
