I wanted to draw my favourite evil scientist, Dr. Cortex!
I drew it on paper and colored it digitally.
This was first posted on my Instagram with a personal message and I tagged the current voice actor, Lex Lang!
He actually saw it and replied, which made me fangirl so hard, lol.
