Steven Universe! Eh? Eh? If you haven't seen it, and the idea of healthy non-conventional families, breaking gender stereotypes, and amazing animation & music appeals to you, I'd highly suggest it.

Garnet is my favorite character. So, the logical next step is fanart! I've been working on my painting & etc. skills lately, and I figured this would be good practice. I learned a lil' about how to paint afros, which is nice! And just in general playing around with lighting was good practice, since the lighting here is all everywhere and whatnot.

Turns out I got Ruby & Sapphy's gems on the wrong hands, but no way am I redoing the whole darn thing now. =w=;
