Description

Here's number three of my power ranger villain OC commissions drawn by , this time featuring Malicon, Umbra's right hand man and general of his evil forces (basically his equivalent of Goldar or Eciptor). Malicon is ruthless as he is skilled with a blade, and immensely powerful to boot. He's a mysterious creature with an unusual biology as ya can probably tell by his mismatched limbs and armored figure...>8D
