also this is how the new jutsu is executed. I hope could explain everything. it was an fun jutsu to make also its crazy that kishimoto never did anything alike it. cause he did waterfalls and waves, but no whirlpool. also we have water animals. yet suiton is an really versatile element, you can o almost everything with it. there that dude on boruto that did water strings. you have the suiton as weapons. suiton is so cool. its an cool element to pick up. also next page I will explain some koyo mentality to strike maguro. and thats it for today guys.
