This game... took over 12 hours I kid you not, since 7:30 this morning. Gosh my head hurts. I hardly got up and never ate the whole time. -stupid- But I added lots more options! More clothing and in different colours, too! And you can change her expression now! Try and look for the "i c wut u did thar..." eyes. xD
Yes, she wears training pants. Only if she wears clothes, that is.
Sorry if I scrapped the first one because I thought it sucked. Period. Do not complain. Look for updates regulary; I may add more outfits like dresses, hats, etc.!

So here's 3 things you might need to know before playing:

1. You can take off her training pants if you want to ready her for bathtime or bedtime.
2. The expression that is already set can be moved too. Change it around every which way! x3
3. SCREEN PRINT. I wanna see what you did. >:3

Ps. You can do dressups in ANY version of Flash. I used Flash 8 for this. Don't comment saying things like "omg wer did u get this bcuz it loox so kewl and i wanna make a dressup game 2" and stuff. I won't tell you where I got it. And I don't remember.

[EDIT2] I fixed it! If you want to change her in a bigger size, click "download". This is good for screen printing.
