Fuuko's a mermaid that's been adopted and raised by her human mother, living alongside her adoptive lamia sister. She's cheerful, energetic and playful towards her family and friends, even those that she recently met. On land, her main hobby is playing video games, dubbed the "gamer mermaid", drawing and cosplay. When she goes out exploring under the sea, she tends to adventure topless because of her nature as a mermaid (or in safe-for-work scenarios, her starfish top based on her recently favorite game console).
