I look into the mirror And all my lies become so much clearer, I see how imperfect I am, All my faults like I give a damn. But when you tell me I’m beautiful, I thought maybe I was just delusional; And for a second I believe you, Feeling just a little bit something new; And then you leave me, Alone and leaving me to see, That I am only becoming nearer To being that girl I see in the mirror.
