Pet eevee yey.. Haven't drawn one of these lil fluffies in a long time... Uh is it me or has my art started going bad again? Because that's what I think.. :<
Anyway, ugly fast sketchie background is due to the fact that I can't make any decent background and I didn't want to upload a backgroundless picture again.
I don't own eevees.

bah it's not bad but i like this mostly cause i agree before it evolves eevee is basically a pet
