Okay, in the process of drawing this, I got really excited about this AU. Here’s a lil synopsis:

After deciding to take down his father and assume the throne to end the 10,000 years of tyranny, Prince Lotor turns to the Altean rebels for help, risking his life to convince the rebel Princess Allura that his intentions are honest. While working together to bring about peace, they are swept up in a passionate love that surprises them both. After overthrowing Zarkon and assuming the throne, the half Altean Prince Lotor takes the Altean Princess Allura as his wife and empress, causing quite the stir among the Galra.
