If there's a dragon age version of Ulfric, it's Loghain imo Both of them:

- killed their young, naive King
- started a civil war
- are patriots distrustful of foreigners
- fought for their countries against said foreigners in the past
- are either doing what they think is best for their country or power hungry bastards depending on who you ask
- have braids

Though I do like how much controversy all 3 stir up in the Skyrim/Dragon Age fandoms
