I don’t if he appear in full costume in game but i might change after the game come out

Quentin beck make a living being con man with his psychic racket of seeing dead spirit but when actually spirits arrived , he didn’t know that his amulet let him control spirits (not powerful spirits but minor spites ) so convinced them to use their power for him, so he created a suit to channel the spirit energy into suit to create illusion like his fire head and mist .

And if his amulet get destroyed then the whole illusion shut off.
