Team skull has quickly become one of the most popular evil teams in pokemon, quite odd for a buncha decoy hoodlums dontcha think.

But how does Guzma get new recruits: he finds losers and lets them in no prob. Such as Waluigi, who still has no video game of his own but somehow is able to be in team skull now.
Maybe he can use his mad skills as a rocket launcher to help team skull be awesome XD
