"Raguel is the archangel assigned to watch over the good behavior of other angels. Raguel means "friend of God.
1 Enoch describes him as one of four great archangels who watch, along with Michael, Raphael, and Suriel, and one of the holy angels "who take vengeance for the world of the luminaries." Enoch calls Raguel the Angel of the Earth. He also is a guardian of the second heaven, ruled by the archangel Raphael, which is a penal colony where fallen angels await judgement. There, Raguel is instrumental in meting out judgement to erring angels. Yay! another one in the series finished. :3 *gleee*
Raguel is "The Judge" to me, so I wanted to give him certain little symbols of justice on him, but nothing too obvious. if you can pick them out, yay! Though I how his wings came out the best ^.^

I am REALLY proud of the coloring on him. u.u (for the moment at least)
