Description
Here it is. It's a day late, but my stupid photoshop was acting glitchy. That's what I get for waiting 'til the last minute to color... I know it's just Sindel looking all authoritative, but it took me awhile thanks to previously mentioned glitchiness... It's probably going to be a while before we get to the action in this chapter (ughhhhhh...) but the exposition will be good, I promise!
