Arbyguy is, for all intents and purposes, a Spartan Arbiter. His history similar enough to the Arbiter's to warrant Helioskrill, a copy of Prophet's Bane, and the title along with it.

That's really all there is to it. Exotic_Eloquence may likely add more, as this character is now under his jurisdiction as of this moment.
