i haven't watched a lot of this yet (tho i did watch a few of the shorts before it became a netflix series), but im so happy this has been helping Sanrio become more well known in the West outside of Hello Kitty! With this and Show by Rock, Sanrio has really shown their older audience oriented stuff can become quite successful
