HLS Program SUSPENDED!

Due to a lack of intelligence in Update Management and lack of funds, the HL Shuttle Program is suspended. This is to be in effect until our Mod Managers and B-9 part suppliers can grab a handle on things. This means Kirby Lab will be taken out of service as well as development stopped on planned projects. This does not mean the program will be closed forever and all of us at KSC hope it will reopen.
