Background:
Although a dragon emperor, Galzra isn't actually dragon. Instead, he's a sea serpent in the same spirit of others like him, including Leviathan, Vritra, and Midgardsormr. However, unlike the other serpents, he was born from the depths of Limbo, compiled from all of the souls who've spent eternity trying to escape their endless misery. The compilation results in Galzra's creation, although design-wise, he's looking more like a viperfish. During The Great War, Galzra watched the battle between Ddraig and Albion, and was amazed by their strength. This gave him an idea; if he were to swallow at least one of the dragons, whoever wins, gets eaten whole, so then he'll transform into a dragon. Just before he could ambush them however to get a decent snack, he sees the three factions attack the dragons, and reducing them into their sacred gear forms, resulting in Galzra to glare at them for a short period, then disappearing back into Limbo. Many years after the Great War, and before Issei was reincarnated into the devil he's come to know, Galzra planned to snatch one of the gears, only to be destroyed by Azazel and turning into a sacred gear himself. Seeing is that his power is almost barely on par with Ddraig's and Albion's, he's labeled as "The False Heavenly Dragon. Now he seeks a human host who will help him on his quest to devour the two heavenly dragons and gain freedom from Limbo. Drake, being his only key to escape."
