Happy International Hyena Day! My booksigning went great today, and as luck would have it, I was able to publish my novel Crocuta as a Kindle ebook in time for April 27th. It's now available to read outside the US, which officially makes it an international hyena book! Check it out here. It's only $2.99 to buy, and you can read the first 7 1/2 chapters in the sample.

Hey guys, I know, it's been a while since I last posted on here. I just wanted to pop in and let you all know that my lack of activity isn't because I've lost interest in TLK or hyenas or anything like that. It's just that I've been trying to double down on wrapping up a sci-fi/fantasy book series I write called The Rokshena Revolution, which I've had on the back burner for the past 7 years or so to work on other projects. I figured it's been long enough and that it's time for me to finish what I started with this series (especially since the last installment I published ended on a cliffhanger). Speaking of my writing, I also want to mention that I'm going to be signing copies of my novels at an authors book fair at Norwin Public Library in Irwin, PA on April 27th. Since that happens to be International Hyena Day, and I'll have copies of Crocuta with me, I put together some pamphlets about spotted hyenas to hand out at the event. :) Fingers crossed that I can sell a few books and

I'm back! For anyone who's been wondering where I was, I just want you to know I haven't lost interest in DeviantArt and definitely not in The Lion King. I've just been busy writing my hyena novel Crocuta. I'm happy to announce that I finally completed the book this past week, and I plan to start promoting it with related artwork on DA in the weeks to come. I'm also planning to publish it as a paperback and regular Kindle ebook on Amazon later this year, once Kindle Vella's 30-day wait period is over and the activity around it has died down. In the meantime, feel free to follow the link above and check it out on Kindle Vella. First 3 chapters are free to read as always, and giving them a like will help the book gain more attention on the Vella website! The other big news I have is that since I have more time for drawing again, I'm going to give DA's Subscription feature a try. I just started it today, so I'm still learning the ropes, but I will start posting certain TLK
