Personality: Wakenda was born in the ocean after all the chaos of the Carnival. Like her mother, she loves turtles and will do everything in her power to protect them. She also loves whales and porpoises, and has learned to communicate with them via squeaks, clicks, and whistles. That being said, she has a more “broken tongue” in that she doesn't really speak in full sentences. If she tries talking, she'll most likely pause in between a word or two to speak dolphin, which can lead to some language barriers. But she makes it work.
