I hate this character soooo much, but only because he's creepy as hell. The design is amazing in that way, I'm glad Chanzilla369 requested him, even though he's creepy, haha.

Monster Vinnie is creepy good! I really love how you did his teeth, eyes, and the pattern (dirt I think?) on his mask. The bow tie and the colors are great as well. I just noticed that the backgrounds for each Monster are the primary colors of light. That's pretty clever.
