So, after a LONG time of pondering, here's the wedding attire Aoi wears when she enters the Western Palace.

Everything she's wearing has a meaning (more or less). From the colors to the symbols, they all mean something. It's inspired and uses the Adinkra symbols from specifically West Africa and typically seen on kente clothe

I roughly (tried) to make it translate to like: There's an agreement/Understanding. She will marry (you). For good Marriage and Peace/Harmony. She's a beauty (well groomed). She's from royalty and will bring prosperity/fertility and Mother Earth. <- (roughly)

So, yes. That's how it is.
