Abilities: I'm not sure whats its called but like...if he were to pick up a flower it's wither. Like the opposite of giving life to things. ( the shackles were for the safety of his inmates) He was arrested for manslaughter when he lost control of his powers in public.

Personality: Dai is literally that comedy relief character in the animes. He's extroverted and loves to joke around a play pranks. He also loves to flaunt his ego. He hits on girls quite often, but if he's actually in love he get super nervous..
