Personality: Rasetsu’s a strong willed and determined demoness. There are times when she’s shown to be compassionate and gentle, but that side of her tends to be more reserved toward family and a few select demons and humans like Izayoi. Like her brother she’s intrigued by humans and believes that they are stronger than they appear. While she can be caring and sincere in one moment, she can also be ruthless and cruel the next, at least when provoked. Rasetsu follows her own path, she doesn’t let others expectations bind her. While Toga maybe her brother and ruler of the western lands she doesn’t let him determine the course of her actions. While she may have little care to the consequences of her actions at times, she’s still level headed and reasonable that any sort of cold hearted actions she may take tends to be for justified reasons in the end.

Characters History: Back in the days of Toga's youth, he didn't conquer the Western Lands of Feudal Japan on his own. Rasetsu, Toga’s little sister was always fighting by his side. When the powerful moth Yokai Hyōga and his son Menōmaru threatened their lands, Toga managed to defeat Hyōga and with Rasetsu’s aide they were able to seal away Menōmaru. She also fought alongside him and her nephew Sesshomaru against the Panther Demon Tribe and successfully defeated Karan, but decided to spare her life. She holds a lot of respect toward her brother and would follow him into the pits of hell if he so desired.
When threat of the Grim Comet appeared Rasetsu accompanied her brother to Inukimi’s palace where she met Kirinmaru, lord of the Eastern lands and his sister Zero. While there the two lords joined forces and later that evening as the Grim Comet fragment approached, they destroyed it by using Kirinmaru's Blasting Barrage and Toga's Meidō Zangetsuha. During that time Rasetsu stayed with Inukimi, whom she hadn’t had the opportunity to see or speak to since before her brother met and fell in love with the human woman Izayoi. While they chatted, Rasetsu took notice of Zero’s interest in her brother. While Inukimi found it amusing, Rasetsu felt a bit of pity toward the demoness knowing that her feelings wouldn’t be reciprocated.
After the Comet’s fragment is destroyed Rasetsu’s attention is drawn toward Zero’s brother Kirinmaru. While he may be equal to her brother in strength, his self-importance and prejudges views on humans and half-demons leaves much to be desired. However, despite that she does at the very least admire his more respectable qualities. He may appear ignorant toward those he sees as beneath him, but Rasetsu does begrudgingly respect his belief that one should prove themselves in combat through rightful means and not using under handed tactics to defeat an opponent. He’s honorable and follows through on his word. When Kirinmaru accepts Toga’s offer of forming a truce, Rasetsu can’t help but be intrigued by him. He’s an enigma that she can’t help but want to figure out.
