A list of random art tips and tricks
There are a lot of art tips which are just a sentence or two, and in themselves too small to fill a tutorial. Which, of course, does not mean they aren't useful nor that they aren't worth sharing. Hence, this list, which is just that: a list of more or less unrelated art advice about a lot of different topics. You've probably heard some of the tips before, but hopefully others will be new - or at least useful repetition :la: Sketches :bulletblack: For complex digital sketches, you can use different colors for the different parts of the drawing. This can help a lot with keeping track of which lines belong to what subject/object. :bulletblack: Spend enough time on your sketch! Trying to fix up things later will often be difficult and/or time-consuming, certainly if you do traditional art, so making sure everything is correct before you start adding colors or detail is a great investment. :bulletblack: Making some thumbnails or quick photomanipulations before you start
